ProSciento Prepares to ‘Step Out’ Against Diabetes for an 11th Year, While Raising More Than $40,000 for the American Diabetes Association This Year

SAN DIEGO, October 13, 2015 – ProSciento Inc., a clinical research organization (CRO) focused on diabetes, obesity and NAFLD/NASH, celebrates its 11th year as a corporate sponsor of San Diego’s Step Out: Walk to Stop Diabetes, hosted by the American Diabetes Association (ADA).  The company’s fundraising to benefit the ADA this year, including the Step Out Walk and the Tour de Cure, comes to more than $40,000.

“ProSciento is a supporter of the American Diabetes Association in every manner possible. We have the common goal of advancing research and finding better treatments to eradicate diabetes,” said Dr. Marcus Hompesch, ProSciento President and CEO. “The Step Out Walk is our opportunity to sponsor and volunteer for an event benefiting the American Diabetes Association while walking side by side with the very people for whom our clinical research will hopefully make a significant impact.”
