Janet Reardon is the Vice President of People at ProSciento. With more than 20 years of experience in global human resources leadership, she brings extensive expertise in HR strategy, talent development, and organizational design to support ProSciento’s mission of finding better treatments for metabolic diseases.
Janet’s career spans key leadership roles in the pharmaceutical and clinical research industries, including serving as Executive Director, Head of HR at Endpoint Clinical, where she drove strategic people initiatives across multiple regions. At Moderna, she partnered with global teams to lead rapid workforce expansion and implement leadership development programs. She spent over a decade at Labcorp Drug Development (formerly Covance) in senior HR leadership positions, driving global workforce strategies for complex matrixed businesses.
Janet holds a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law and a Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University. She is certified as a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) and a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
