Janet Reardon, GPHR, SHRM, SCP

A global human resources leader with more than 20 years of experience in talent strategy and organizational development across pharmaceutical and clinical research, Janet brings a rare combination of legal training, organizational psychology, and hands-on HR leadership to her role at ProSciento.

Her career has taken her from Labcorp Drug Development, where she spent more than a decade driving global workforce strategies, to Moderna, where she helped lead rapid workforce expansion during one of the most demanding periods in the industry’s history, to Endpoint Clinical, where she served as Executive Director of HR. She holds a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law and a master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University.
