Lee Potter

A finance and operations leader with over 13 years of experience in clinical research and biopharmaceutical development, Lee brings deep expertise in financial strategy, project operations, and organizational leadership across complex clinical trial environments.

Lee currently serves as Vice President of Finance and Administration at ProSciento, where he oversees accounting, corporate finance, FP&A, project finance, proposal pricing, vendor management, revenue strategy, and administrative operations across the organization’s CRO and CRU operations. He plays a key leadership role in supporting company growth, operational scalability, and strategic decision-making across the organization.

Prior to joining ProSciento, Lee held finance and operational leadership roles across multiple clinical research organizations and government contracting environments, building extensive experience in project finance, revenue recognition, contract strategy, forecasting, and cross-functional operational management.

Lee is further recognized for his collaborative leadership style and his ability to build high-performing teams, strengthen operational processes, and drive financial discipline in fast-paced and highly regulated clinical research settings.
